In August 2007 at a resolution of OJSC TANECO Board of Directors ZAO Marsh-Insurance Brokers was appointed as an Insurance Advisor of the Directors Board to solve insuring issues, identify and manage risks. ZАО Marsh — Insurance Brokers will also perform the functions of Insurance Broker of the Investment Project. Besides, by means of Tender OJSC TANECO selected an Insurer for the whole Project. The Insurance Advisor will insure all risks related to Project Implementation.
