JSC VNIPINEFT provides engineering and design for turn Key construction, Provision of Financial Backup Assistance, Feasibility Study («Project»), Basic and Detailed Engineering Equipment Procurement and Logistical support, Management of Construction, Erection, Start-Up and Commissioning Activities, Designer's Field Supervision, Expert Safety Review of Design Deliverables.

OAO VNIPIneft has designed 40 refineries and industrial projects across Russia, the CIS countries, Bulgaria, Hungary, Egypt, India, Cuba, Poland, Turkey, and Ethiopia. Over 300 oil-refining units using home and foreign process engineering designs have been built.
