Haldor Topsoe and subsidiaries is a private Company dealing with research and developments in heterogeneous catalysis, production and sale of catalysts as well as designing and construction of catalyst units.

The company was founded in 1940 by Doctor Haldor Topsoe. At the present time the company's Staff makes about 1700 people. The Company specializes in Heavy Chemical and Petrochemical Production, Oil and Gas processing as well as in power conversion processes and environment protection.

In Russia Haldor Topsoe cooperates with JSC Moscow Refinery, TNK-VP Ryazan Refinery, JSC Slavneft-Yaroslavnefteorgsyntez, JSC NK Rosneft and other Russian Refineries.
