For Project Implementation in October, 2005 CJSC Nizhnekamsk Refinery (ZAO NNPZ) was registered as Construction Client. In June 2007 the official name of Closed Joint Stock Company Nizhnekamsk Refinery was changed to Open Joint Stock Company TANECO.

The specified changes were entered in Company’s statues in accordance with a decision made at Shareholders meeting held on May 31, 2007.

The change of company property status is a planned step in financing of the Oil Refining and Petrochemical complex construction in Nizhnekamsk.

The State Registration of the Company Statues new revision was effected on July 13, 2007.

The Shareholders of Open Joint Stock Company TANECO are JSC Tatneft, JSC Svyazneftekhim. Consequently JSC Tatneft - 91 % and JSC Svyazinvestneftekhim — 9 % of shares.
