Khamza A. Bagmanov — Chairman of Management, General Director of OJSC TANECO (Project Director).

Khamza A. Bagmanov was born in 1957. In 1985 graduated from Engineering Construction Institute in Kazan (construction engineer); in 2007 he graduated from non-state educational establishment “Institute of Oil and Gas Business” on “Executive MBA: oil and gas business” program. Occupied engineering positions at “Tatneftestroy” company, later – in 1983 -1993 worked at executive committee of Almetyevsk city administration. From 1993 managed head office of construction-and-maintenance company “Tatnefteremstroy” OJSC Tatneft. In 1998 was appointed a General Director of PSC “Nizhnekamsk Refinery”. After successful completion of construction and operation of the plant, in 2005 he managed OJSC TANECO (former CJSC Nizhnekamsk Refinery) implementing the project of Refining and Petrochemical Complex. Kh. Bagmanov is a Doctor of Philosophy (Candidate of Economic Science), and was conferred the rank of honored Constructor of Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan. In 2010 was awarded the Order of Merit to the Republic of Tatarstan.

Ramil A. Abdrakhmanov –OJSC TANECO General Director Assistant.

Ramil A. Abdrakhmanov was born in 1982. In 2004 he graduated from Astrakhan State Technical University, Engineer specialized in Chemical technology of natural utilities and Carbon Material, in 2007– finished postgraduate studies in this university. In 2008 went into further academic study on Professional training program “Euro-Management” – Master of Business Administration» in RF National Economy Academy. From 2005 works in JSC Nizhnekamsk Refinery (Engineer of Engineering Department, Lead Engineer of Project Control Department). In 2007 was appointed OJSC TANECO General Director Assistant. Speaks English.

Marat M. Afanasyev – OJSC TANECO Interface Director.

Marat M. Afanasyev was born in 1956. In 1978 graduated from Kazan State University named after V.I.Ulyanov-Lenin, Chemical Engineer. In 1978 his working career began in Kazan State University named after V.I.Ulyanov-Lenin as Chemical Engineer. Within 1983-1998 worked in Kazan NII and different Companies, occupied different positions – Senior Research Engineer, Head of Laboratory, Deputy Senior Engineer, Deputy General Director of Sales and Marketing. In 1998 appointed Head of Oil Production and Production Share Agreement, Ministry of Economics and Industry of Republic of Tatarstan. In 2002 – Head of the Department of Economics Analysis, Ministry of Finances of Republic of Tatarstan. From February 2008 works in OJSC TANECO, Interface Director. Doctor of Chemical Sciences, awarded with Letter of Award of RT Ministry of Economics and Industry, Letter of Award of RT Ministry of Finances (2002, 2006), Medal “in Memory of 1000s Anniversary of Kazan”.

Marat M. Basharov - Chief Mechanical Engineer, Head of OJSC TANECO Mechanical Department.

Marat M. Basharov was born in 1980. In 2004 he successfully graduated from the Kazan State Technological University and got two diplomas of high education: Engineer specialized in Energetics of Heating Technologies, Economist-Manager specialized in Economics and Company Management. Post-graduate of the Kazan State Technological University. M.Basharov started his labor activity in 2003 as an operator of feed preparation and of release of half-finished products of 4-th category in JSC Kazanorgsintez. For five years he worked in the company as a design engineer, senior job foremaster specialized in repair of pump-and-compressor equipment, Deputy of Chief Mechanical Engineer of the group specialized in reconstruction of phenol production workshops, Deputy of Chief Engineer specialized in ethylene production, Deputy of Chief Engineer of ethylene plant. Beginning from December 2008 and up to the present time M.Basharov is working as Chief Mechanical Engineer, Head of OJSC TANECO Mechanical Department. M.Basharov was awarded a commendation from the President of RT, he was awarded by Certificates of Merit from Ministry of Industry of RF, TANECO, RT President Grateful Letter.

Arkady F. Vaisman – Deputy Project Manager – TANECO Technical Director.

Arkady F. Vaisman – was born in 1950. In 1973 graduatedfrom Belarussian Institute of Technology, mechanical engineer specialized in Chemical Industry Machinery and Vessels. Worked as a worker and an engineer in commissioning and startup team of SК Orgneftezavody.Within the period of 1977-1991 worked as mechanical engineer, Head of Department, Chief Engineer of the machinery and repair plant of ООО Production enterprise Kirishinefteorgsintez. Within the period of 1991-1998 worked as Chief Engineer, Director of Izoflex Plant. In 2007 was appointed OJSC TANECO Technical Director, Deputy Project Director. Arkady Vaisman is Doctor of Philisophy in Economics and Honoured Perotchemist.

Farid S. Gilmanov - OJSC TANECO Chief Process Engineer.

Farid S. Gilmanov was born in 1960. In 1984 graduated from Chemical Processing Institute named after S.M. Kirov in Kazan, a Chemical Process Engineer specialized in Chemical processing of oil and gas refineries. Within the period of 1984 – 1993 Process engineer of the start-up team of engineering trust Orgneftekhimzavody. Form 1984 up to 1993 worked as Process engineer of the start-up team of engineering trust Orgneftekhimzavody, within the period of 1993 – 2000 took different technical and engineering positions in JSC Nizhnekamskneftekhim, within 2001 – 2006 worked as Lead Process Engineer of engineering trust Orgneftekhimzavody. From 2006 – present time is Chief Process Engineer of Nizhnekamsk Refinery, OJSC TANECO. In 2010 he was awarded RT Honoured Perotchemist.

Natalia G. Gorina – Chief Legal Counsel – OJSC TANECO Contracts Administrator.

Natalia G. Gorina was born in 1977. In 1999 graduated from Moscow Humanitarian and Economical Institute, Legal Advisor specialized in Jurisprudence. In 2006 – graduated from Kazan State University, President’s Program for training of management staff for RF national economy organizations. Within 1997-2006 worked in JSC Nizhnekamskneftekhim, Company Lawyer, Leading Lawyer of the Department for Foreign Economic of the Company Legal Division. In 2006 was appointed Head of Contracts Department of ZAO Nizhnekamsk Refinery, from 2008 works as OJSC TANECO Chief Legal Counsel – Contracts Administrator.

Mikhail A. Grachyev - Chief Power Engineer – Head of Power Engineering Department.

Mikhail A.Grachyev was born in 1973. In 1998 graduated from Moscow State Free University specializing as Power Engineer in Industrial Power Supply. In 1993 he started his career in JSC Ryazan Oil Refinery as an Electrician of the 3^rd grade, Foreman and then a Supervisor of electrical power supply shop. Within the period of 2002 - 2009 worked in ZAO Ryazan Oil Refining Company as a Supervisor of Power Equipment Repair and Maintenance Shop, Deputy Head of Electrical Power Supply Shop, Chief Power Engineer, Head of Power Supply and Automation Department. From May 2009 works in OJSC TANECO as Chief Power Engineer – Head of Power Engineering Department. In 2010 awarded with OJSC TANECO Letter of Award.

Ivan V. Demyanov – OJSC TANECO Director of Construction.

Ivan V. Demyanov was born in 1950 in the village of Neratovka of Zainsk Region of the TASSR (Republic of Tatarstan). In 1973 he graduated from Nizhnekamsk Chemical-Process Institute, a branch of Kazan State Technological University specializing in Machines and Vessels for the Chemical Units. Ivan V. Demyanov started his work activities in 1967 at Trust “ТаtEnergoStroy” as turner pupil, later he mastered a number of worker’s specialties. He double jobbed his studies at the Institute with work at RU TatEnergo, Nizhnekamsk Power Supply Lines, and then at NKhTI (Nizhnekamsk Chemical-Process Institute) as senior laboratory chemist of the faculty for General Technical Disciplines. In 1974 after the service in the Soviet Army he started working at Nizhnekamsk Tire Factory as electrical fitter for repair of process equipment, served until getting the position of deputy head of the equipment shop for truck tires vulcanization. Since 1979 he worked as mechanical engineer of the alkyl phenol production at the surfactants factory of PO NizhnekamskNefteKhim. From 1980 to 2003 rose from the position of senior site engineer of unit No.2 of SRSU TatSpetzNefteKhimRemStroy to the position of Chief Engineer, Head of this Administration and the Director of the Trust. Later he worked as Deputy Director of Polystyrenes Plant of JSC NizhnekamskNefteKhim for two years and Deputy Head of Capital Construction Management of JSC KazanOrgSynthez. In February 2009 he started to work at OJSC TANECO as Deputy Director of Construction (performance of construction works), since April 2011 he is the Director of Construction. Ivan V. Demyanov is “Honorable Builder of the Republic of Tatarstan”, he has been awarded honorary certificates of OJSC TANECO, Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, Note of Acknowledgement by the RT Cabinet of Ministers.

Mansur M.Kalimullin – Chief Engineer of OJSC TANECO Refining Plant.

Mansur M.Kalimullin was born in 1951. In 1973 graduated from Ufa Petroleum Institute, Chemical/Process Engineer. After military service in 1975 he began his career in New Ufa Refinery. More than 3 years worked as an operator of various process units, Deputy Supervisor of Shop. Within 1985-1988 worked as a Supervisor of Petroleum and Chemical Department of Bashkiria Communist Regional Committee. In 1988 was appointed as Head of Ufa Refining Commodity Production, in 1989 – Deputy Chairman of Ufa Refinery Thermal Processes Cooperative Shop. Within 1990-1994 worked as Deputy Head – Chief Engineer of Ufa Refinery, within 1994-1996 – Head of this Production and then Chief Process Engineer. Within 1998-2004 held senior roles in JSC Bashkiria Oil Refining Company and JSC Ufaneftekhim. Later he was appointed as the First Deputy General Director – Chief Engineer of JSC Lukoil – Ukhtaneftepererabotka. In June 2007 was appointed OJSC TANECO Head of Hydrocracker, from December 2008 works as Chief Engineer of OJSC TANECO Refining Plant. Mansur M.Kalimullin was awarded with the Letter of Gratitude by General Director of JSC Tatneft and Diploma of Merit of RF Ministry of Fuel and Energy.

Damir A.Madyarov — Head of OJSC TANECO Engineering Department.

He was born in 1945. In 1968 graduated from Kazan Chemical and Technical Institute named after S.M.Kirov, Mechanical Engineer specialized in Chemical Machines and Apparatus. Began his career in VNIPIneft’s affiliate in Gorky as an Engineer of Process and Instrumentation Department. Within 1973 — 2007 worked in Research and Design Institute “NizhegorodNIInefteproekt” as a Chief Engineer, Group Manager, Deputy Head, Head of Process and Instrumentation Department. In 2007 was appointed Deputy Technical Director – Head of Engineering Division of OJSC TANECO. Damir A.Madyarov was awarded with the title “Honorable oil-industry worker” and “Honorable fuel and energy industry worker”.

Marsel M. Muradymov – OJSC TANECO Chief Accountant.

Marsel M. Muradymov was born in 1976. In 1998 graduated from Kazan State Institute of Economics and Finance as an Economist specializing in Accountant and Audit. In 2001 graduated from the RF Academy of National Economy, Oil and Gas Business Manager specializing in Accountant and Audit (MBA). In 1998-2001 worked in OOO Tatneft-Almetyevsk UPNP and KRS (Accountant, Head of Accounting and Financing Department). In 2001-2005 – Chief Accountant of JSC Tatneft Division for Enhanced Oil Recovery and Well Work-over Operations in Almetyevsk. In 2005 was appointed Chief Accountant in NGDU Yamashneft. From September 2009 works as OJSC TANECO Chief Accountant.  

Sergey V. Parkhomenko – OJSC TANECO Administrative Director.

Sergey V. Parkhomenko was born in 1970. In 1996 graduated from Kazan Finance and Economics Institute named after V.V.Kuibyshev, Economist specialized in Economics and Labor Social Studies. Began his working career in NPO “Nizhnekamskneftekhim”. Within 1993-1995 worked as Head of Transport operations unit Brick factory of NPO “Nizhnekamskneftekhim”. From 1998 worked as Head of agricultural Department, MUP “Department for Financial and Inventory Provision”. From 2001 works in JSC Nizhnekamsk Refinery (Head of Technical and Household Provision). In 2007 was appointed OJSC TANECO Administrative Director.

Mansur Kh. Sabitov– OJSC TANECO Commercial Director – Head of Procurement Department.

Mansur Kh. Sabitov was born in 1957. In 1979 graduated from Ufa Oil Institute, as a Mining Engineer specialized in process and complex mechanization of oil and gas fields development. He started his professional life as an oil and gas production operator in Izhevsk Oil-and-Gas production department of Udmurtneft, where he worked over 5 years( oil production foreman, process engineer, oil-field engineer).Within the period of 1984-1985 was working as Senior Process Engineer in Tatneft Oil-and-Gas production department of Elkhovneft. In February 1985 was assigned as Senior Engineer of equipment procurement department, later he was assigned Head of equipment procurement department in Tatneft Capital construction department. Within 1988-2009 he was working in Tatneft Taneftekhimsnab as Head of procurement department, Deputy Manager, First Deputy Manager, within 2000-2009- Taneftekhimsnab Manager. In September 2009 was appointed as OJSC TANECO Commercial Director – Head of TANECO Procurement Department.

Vladimir Al. Fedotov – Director of Finance and Economics– Head of Financial and Economics Department of OJSC TANECO.

Fedotov Vladimir Aleksandrovich was born in 1974, in 1995 graduated from Kazan Financial and Economic Institute n.a. Kuybyshev V.V., an economist with a degree in Finance and Credit. His working career started in 1995 as an assistant in Finance Department of Kazan Financial and Economic Institute. Within the period 1997-2000 worked in Ministry of Finance of Tatarstan Republic (Deputy Department Head, Head of Currency Regulation and Financial Markets Department). Within 2000-2001 worked in AOOT Experimental Mechanical Repair Plant as a Deputy General Director for Economics, in 2001 as a Deputy General Director for General Issues in ZAO Tatneft-Moscow, in 2001-2007 in ZAO Ukrtatnafta as a first Deputy Chairman of the Management Board. In November 2009 was appointed Finance and Economics Director – Head of Financial and Economics Department of OJSC TANECO. Fedotov V.A. is a Doctor of Public Administration; he was awarded a medal “In memory of Kazan’s Millennium”.

Chingiz A. Khalilov– OJSC TANECODeputy Project Director – Refinery Director.

Chingiz A. Khalilov was born in 1957. In 1980 graduated from Turkmen Polytechnic Institute, Chemical Process Engineer specialized in Oil and Gas Processing chemical technology. More than 20 years worked in Turkmenbashinsk Refinery (Crude oil distillation unit Operator, Head of the unit, Head of Shop, Chief Process Engineer). Within 2004-2008 worked in ZAO Ryazan Refinery (Senior Process Engineer, Deputy General Director – Senior Engineer). In 2008 was appointed OJSC TANECO Deputy Project Director, Refinery Director. In 2010 he was awarded RT Honoured Perotchemist.
